Fitness challenges are a proven system to help you lose weight, eat great, and feel awesome! It's simple nutrition, accountability and fitness programs that are super easy to follow.

Challenge “Rules”!

1. You choose an at-home fitness program by Beachbody. If you already have one, GREAT! If not, we can discuss your goals and interests to find a program that would work for you.

2. You must be willing to replace one meal a day with Shakeology for the 30 days and follow your programs nutrition guide. Nutrition is key is seeing the results that you want. This makes up 70% of your results! It will be important to fuel your body with proper nutrition.

3. You can choose to participate in the private online group. These groups will help hold you accountable for doing your workouts and sticking with your nutrition. Daily check ins are to help you achieve your goals. The purpose of these groups is to help you grow not only physically, but mentally as well. 

We will celebrate each step you take as you work towards changing your habits and leading a healthy lifestyle. I want to emphasize that this is not a diet or a quick fix. It takes hard work and determination to get the results that you want. This is not a fad diet, we are making lifestyle changes!
